Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS: All deposits made are to hold your scheduled appointment. Deposits are applied to the total balance at check out. Deposits are not cancelation fees or no show fees. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. CANCELATION/ NO SHOW: A 75% cancellation fee of your scheduled service will be charged for any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time and 75% fee will be charged for no show appointments. LATE FEE: A $20 late fee will be charged for any appointment 5-14 minutes late. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and a 75% cancelation fee/ no show fee will be applied. We value your time just as we hope that you value our time. We understand things happen and life gets in the way.
